Discount for a week or a month
Price per week is price per night minus 10% x 7 nights
Price for 1 month is price per night minus 25% x 30 nights

You make a reservation by paying 20% (non refundable) down payment, the rest is  due 4 weeks before arrival.

Payment by bank transfer or Paypal.

Cancelation policy: 

  • if canceled 4 weeks before check in date: refund 80% 

  • if canceled 3 weeks before check in date: refund 60%

  • if canceled 2 weeks before check in date: refund 40%

  • if canceled 1 weeks before check in date: refund 20%

  • if canceled less then a week before check in date: no refund
